Shipping Policy

Every Metal Morph piece is handmade and carefully packed for shipping from our studio in Mesa, Arizona.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Because many of our sculptures are one of a kind, we take extra care to package each piece securely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item and the delivery destination.

Any available flat-rate or promotional shipping options will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Large, heavy, or oversized sculptures may require special packaging, freight shipping, local delivery, or pickup arrangements.

If an item requires special shipping, this will be noted on the product page or we will contact you after purchase to coordinate delivery.

Local pickup in the Mesa, Arizona area may be available for select pieces by arrangement.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Metal Morph is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us at doris@metalmorphsculpture.com within 48 hours of delivery.
