Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Metal Morph Sculpture piece. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Returned with any original packaging or protective materials
- Safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
Please contact us at doris@metalmorphsculpture.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Metal Morph Sculpture cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged Items
Because every Metal Morph Sculpture piece is handmade and often one of a kind, we take extra care when packaging orders.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at doris@metalmorphsculpture.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
We will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement when possible.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
Custom-made, commissioned, personalized, or specially modified pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
One-of-a-Kind & Oversized Sculptures
Certain large, oversized, or one-of-a-kind sculptures may have additional return or shipping conditions. Any special terms will be clearly stated on the individual product page before purchase.
